1. What TradePharma is

TradePharma (tradepharma.net) is an online platform where businesses list goods they want to sell, post goods they want to buy, and contact each other. TradePharma is not a buyer, seller, agent, broker, distributor or payment intermediary, and is not a party to any contract between members.

2. Who may join

Only businesses may register. The person creating an account confirms they are authorised to act for the company and that the details and documents provided are true. We may verify, refuse, suspend or remove any account at our discretion.

3. Verification

We review documents such as GST registration and drug or manufacturing licences. Verification confirms only that documents were provided and appeared valid when reviewed. It is not a guarantee of a member's quality, solvency or conduct, or of any product.

4. Listings and requests

• Listings must describe real goods the member has or can supply, with accurate quantity, specification and documents.
• Members are solely responsible for holding every licence, registration and permission required to manufacture, store, sell, buy, import or export the goods they list or request, including under the Drugs and Cosmetics Act, 1940 and GST law.
• Buyers are responsible for testing samples and checking certificates before purchase.

5. Prohibited items and conduct

• Narcotic drugs and psychotropic substances under the NDPS Act, 1985, and controlled precursor chemicals, unless the member holds and shares the required licences.
• Prescription finished formulations for sale to consumers, counterfeit or misbranded goods, and expired goods offered as in-date.
• Any goods whose sale is prohibited by law, and any false, misleading or spam content.
• Collecting other members' data for unsolicited marketing, or asking for payment to accounts not verified by phone with a known contact.

6. Deals between members

Price, quality, delivery, payment, taxes, invoices and disputes are agreed and settled directly between members. TradePharma has no liability for any transaction, product, payment or loss arising from dealings between members.

7. Fees

Membership is free for founding members until 31 March 2027. We will announce any paid plans at least 30 days in advance; no member will be charged without choosing a paid plan.

8. Content and documents

Members keep ownership of what they upload and allow TradePharma to store and display it to other members as described on the platform. Lot documents are visible to verified members; verification documents are visible only to the member and TradePharma staff.

9. Limitation of liability

The platform is provided "as is". To the extent permitted by law, TradePharma is not liable for indirect or consequential losses, and its total liability to any member is limited to the fees that member paid in the previous 12 months.

10. Changes and governing law

We may update these terms and will post the date of the latest change on this page. These terms are governed by the laws of India.
