What we collect
- Account details: your name, work email, optional mobile number and designation.
- Company details and verification documents such as GST certificates and licences.
- Listings, buyer requests, messages between members, and basic usage data such as login times.
How we use it
- To verify companies, run the marketplace, show your listings and deliver messages and alerts.
- To contact you about your account, verification and important changes.
- To keep the platform safe, including detecting fraud and abuse.
Who can see what
- Your phone number and email are never shown on listings. Other members see them only if you share them in a message.
- Your company name and lot documents are visible to verified members. Verification documents are seen only by you and our staff.
- We do not sell personal data. We share it only with service providers that host and operate the platform, or when required by law.
Your rights
Under the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 you may ask to access, correct or erase your personal data, or withdraw consent, using our contact form. We keep account data while your account is active and delete it within 90 days of closure, except where the law requires us to keep it longer.
Security
Passwords are stored hashed, traffic is encrypted, and documents are stored outside public folders and served only to authorised users.
